Our friends Hugo & David hosted a really fun Oscar party tonight. The bad news: I came in SECOND in the pool. The good news: there were lots of good eats!Most of the food was ordered in: hummus, artichoke dip, dolmas, spanakopita, fried ravioli, and as you can see - a giant cheese plate. Other stuff was brought by friends: spinach pie, fruit, and pie. Of course, we were in charge of bringing the wine.
The Oscars is one of those things that is much more enjoyable in a group. We had lots of fun and good laughs - even though I was so close and yet so far from winning the pool!!
